Rental Terms and Conditions

Prices are on a per night basis for maximum of up to 12 guests including maid service and daily breakfast.
Over Christmas & New Year we ask for a minimum stay of 7 nights, whilst the rest of the year we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure all bookings with the full non-refundable balance payable 30 days before your arrival.
Prices are in USD but payment can be made in GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, SGD, HKD and THB to name a few.
Check-out time: between 10:00 AM and noon.
Check-in time: 02:00 PM.
